Acceptable Use Policy

All Unified Business Management (UBM) merchants must follow this Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) when they access or use our websites, applications, and other online products and services. This can include email services, marketing services, review and message boards and various other message communication applications (collectively, our “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you disagree, you may not access or use the Services. We have the right to suspend or terminate accounts for merchants who violate this policy.
We reserve the right to change or modify this Policy at any time, and we will let you know if there are any changes. For example, some of these Services may have an updated version that can be found on our website and through notifications from us, such as email updates. Your continued use of the Service after our notice demonstrates that you are willing and able to comply with a revised Policy. If you disagree, you may not access or use the Services.
The new terms will remain in effect unless otherwise communicated via email follow-up or notifications within UBM software.
Conditions
You are not allowed to delete and re-import new contacts into your account continually. This is a violation of the terms, which can lead to suspension or deletion from our service for fraudulent activity!
Message size should not exceed 1.5MBs when fully developed/designed, and attachments are limited to one at or below 100kb in size. We reserve the right to restrict file types
You must be able to verify each contact you send marketing messages too. Make sure they have opted in for your emails and no one is being spammed.
It is important to note that simply getting someone’s business card is not an acceptable opt-in and you cannot send messages to email addresses or phone numbers obtained from the cards. You must also verify all provided information, including making sure it's valid before sending them any marketing material.
Prohibited Marketing Content
You agree that you will not use UBM's Services to send anything offensive, unlawfully promoting illegal or misleading content. Additionally, all of the messages sent through the messaging platform are subject to be recorded for quality control purposes.
Without limiting the foregoing, you may not send any messages or content that:
Content and Industries Subject to Additional Scrutiny
In order to provide a customized experience, we monitor your activities on our services and the marketing content that you transmit through the use of these technologies. We may delete or remove messages and content at any time and for any reason.
We also monitor message recipients’ actions to check for above average bounce, abuse and/or unsubscribe rates.
If any rate becomes abnormal, your account may be subject to manual review by UBM. In addition, in the event of recipients’ complaints regarding spam or unsolicited messages, UBM may immediately suspend or terminate your account and you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.
